    As an entrepreneur I would like to keep my lines simple and effective.  You probably understand how important it is to own the premises and the land where your company is located. You may also sell these two and use this capital to expand your business or save it from collapsing as many companies have to face today. You can also franchise your rights but in the long run it would not make you great as someone else can always take a stake away from your hard earned profits. Intellectual Property rights are even more important for your venture. So you really have to make sure that your IP rights belong to you ! I mean by that any trademarks, copyrights, franchises, patents and domain names which are linked to your company’s identity should be legally protected by using Patent Office services for instance. Therefore I have given simple explanations about these forms of IP in my blog top banner.
